Enrolling now!
Our goal is to offer the children we work with the opportunity to discover their interests, learn self-expression, and understand the importance of being grounded in the natural world. Our guides and visiting artists celebrate expression and healthy development by listening to the child’s ideas and interests, valuing their uniqueness, and respecting their choices. We focus on cultivating independence, confidence, intrinsic motivation, social ease, critical thought, and a natural excitement for learning.

Aurora began her time with Wave as a volunteer in the aftercare program in the Spring of 2025. She loved it so much she returned as an Assistant Teacher in January 2026. Aurora has always loved literature and language, and she's especially drawn to the way stories shape how we understand the world and one another. She values quiet, intentional work and feels most at home in environments that encourage reflection, curiosity, and independence. Montessori philosophy resonates with her because it allows space for thoughtfulness and authenticity, and she strives to bring those values into her work each day. She believes learning is deeply personal, and she approaches her role with care, presence, and a genuine love for meaningful connection.
